When he told me that they do and Undercover Boss type of program, I didn’t believe it. He really did exactly as the show. We hired him as a team member, he was able to give us crucial info that we did not see ourselves from our current staff. He worked alongside them and was able to notice all the opportunities that were being missed to help increase sales and customer service. He came back as a manager 2 weeks later and was able to terminate, hire and retrain staff to adhere to our newly enforced brand standards. All in all, it was a great program that saved my restaurant from closing down
